Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. A test that fails to run (a typo, a service error) does not count.

- Paid but Pro didn't unlock? Open the Pro page and press Check payment. If it still isn't there after a few minutes, email [email protected] with your PayPal receipt and the email or name on your account.
- Refunds are handled by email, case by case: write to [email protected] within 14 days of the payment.
- Something wrong with a number, a chart or an obituary? Email [email protected] with the page address and what you expected; corrections are noted on the page.
- To delete your account, use the Delete account button on your account page. Scores already on public boards stay, with no link to you.
